Alex Maslikov

Alex Maslikov serves as the Business Group Director at Miratech since October 2023 and has held the position of Senior PMO Manager at Astound Commerce since August 2017. At Astound Commerce, Alex managed a global team of 60 project managers overseeing a portfolio of 250 projects, contributing to a 300% business growth over five years, and established an award-winning PMO team recognized by the PMO Global Alliance. Alex has a track record of implementing systematic processes for resource management and risk mitigation, maintaining a high resource utilization rate, and ensuring business continuity during crises. Previous roles include Director of the Project Management Office at Metro Cash & Carry, Business Development Director at U Retail, Senior Project Manager at Infopulse Ukraine LLC, Head of PMO at Raiffeisen Bankengruppe, and Financial Analyst at Coca-Cola HBC. Alex holds an MBA in Finance from the International Institute of Business and a degree in Information Technology from the National University of Food Technologies.
