Poovan Ramkumar

Poovan Ramkumar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior PS Consultant at Miratech since September 2024, Poovan has previously held positions such as Senior Contact Center Engineer at Kaplan and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Genesys. Prior experience includes working as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services and IT Executive Technical Support at Gamma Process Hub India Limited, among others, starting as a Systems Engineer at Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd in 2007.
