Rahul Tyagi

Rahul Tyagi is an experienced project manager currently working at Miratech since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rahul served as a Management Consulting Associate Manager at Accenture from April 2016 to December 2021, where expertise in the Customer Services capability was demonstrated, along with extensive experience in management consulting and IT across the Contact Center Domain, CRM, and Multi-Channel Self Service. Rahul has also worked as a CRM Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions from September 2013 to April 2016, focusing on configuration changes and release management in Genesys, and began a career as a Software Engineer at CSC from August 2010 to September 2013, where application call flows were developed based on client requirements. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2010.
