Cecil Hopper, CRME, CHME, CHA, currently serves as AVP-Revenue Optimization and Feasibility at Miraval Resorts & Spas, with a career trajectory that includes roles such as Director of Revenue Optimization and Director of Revenue Management within the same organization since June 2014. Previously, Cecil held the position of Sr. Revenue Manager for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and served as Director of Distribution and Revenue Optimization for Shell Vacations Hospitality. With experience managing revenue optimization for 25 hotels and resorts across North America, Cecil has developed targeted campaigns that integrate sales and marketing strategies. Educational achievements include a Doctoral Studies in Organizational Change Leadership at the University of Southern California, dual Master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Tourism Administration from New Mexico State University.
