Director Of Integrative Wellbeing at Miraval Resorts & Spas

Kendra Bolton has a diverse work experience history, with their most recent role as the Director of Integrative Wellbeing at Miraval Resorts starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Physical Education Teacher at South Burlington High School from September 2020 to June 2021. Kendra Bolton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science - Health Promotion from Colorado State University from 2007 to 2011. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Texas State University from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Kendra Bolton has obtained several certifications in various fields. Kendra became a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise in April 2009, followed by a certification as a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine in December 2010. In December 2011, they became a TRX Certified Group Fitness Suspension Trainer through TRX Training.
