Sandie Pompi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in hospitality management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Miraval Resorts since March 2022, Sandie previously held roles at Miraval Berkshires as Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator and Executive Housekeeper from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Rooms Director at Cranwell Spa & Golf Resort from August 2011 to April 2020. Sandie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
