Todd Cummings

Todd Cummings currently holds the position of Culinary Corporate Management at Miraval Resorts & Spas since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Restaurant Operations Management at the Isenberg School of Management from September 2022 to May 2023 and completing a Hospitality Internship at Auxiliary Enterprises, which involved event setup and coding food identifiers. Cummings has an extensive culinary background with roles as a Prep Chef and Chef at multiple establishments, including Fitzwilly's and Eastside Grill. Cummings is pursuing a Master's in Food Business at The Culinary Institute of America and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMass Amherst, alongside an Associate's in Hospitality Management from Holyoke Community College and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Connecticut Culinary Institute.
