Paul MacPherson

Paul MacPherson has over 30 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Paul is currently the VP Tech Ops and Supply Chain at Miravo Healthcare, where they oversee the commercial supply chain, development of export projects, technical support, and project management. Prior to this, Paul held the position of VP Tech Ops at Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Paul also served as the VP Manufacturing and Operations at Tribute Pharmaceuticals and VP Operations at Stellar Pharmaceuticals.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked as an Associate Director of Process Development at NPS Pharmaceuticals, a Project Manager and Process Engineer at SMA/Biometics, and a Manager of Manufacturing/Processing at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. Paul also held roles as Mfg, Pkg Manager/Business Improvement Manager at Global Pharm and Senior Process Engineer at Allelix Biopharmaceuticals.

Throughout their career, Paul has gained extensive experience in managing CMOs, on-boarding new drug products, conducting due diligence, and coordinating supply chain and logistics. Paul has also demonstrated their expertise in process development, project management, and technical support for pharmaceutical products.

Paul MacPherson completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering at McMaster University from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University from 1990 to 1992.
