Pheba Varghese has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pheba began their career as an Article Assistant at M.K. Dandeker & Co., where they conducted audits for various corporate and small-medium industries and eventually led audit teams. Pheba then worked as an Intern - Accounts at Hindustan Bible Institute, where they implemented accounting software and provided support and training to team members.

After that, Pheba joined Merril Technology Services India Pvt. Ltd as an Associate Financial Analyst, where they gathered requirements and created XBRL documents. Pheba later worked as a Systems Consultant at AppVine Inc., where they planned and organized meetings with clients, implemented reporting solutions, and conducted training sessions.

Pheba then joined Harkirat Khangura CPA CGA as an Accounting Assistant, where they provided bookkeeping services, processed payroll, and handled tax remittances. Following this, they worked as a Junior Accountant at Jackman Reinvents, where they managed accounts payable and accounts receivable, issued invoices, and processed payments.
