Julie Miller, LISW-CP, ACM-SW has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at MIRCI since November 2022. Julie's earliest work experience was as a Legislative Page at the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1996 to 1997. As a Legislative Page, they assisted members of the General Assembly with various tasks, including delivering materials and messages within the Capitol complex, answering phones in the Members' offices, and working in the House Chambers during Assembly sessions.

Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Social Work at Winthrop University from 1992 to 1996.
