Jean-François Grenon

Jean-François Grenon has a diverse work experience. Jean-François is currently the Director of Culture & Team Development at Mirego, where they plan and develops digital products for various clients. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for Bentley Systems, where they supported local managers and leaders in achieving their goals. Jean-François also served as a Board Member for Club de soccer Caravelles de Sainte-Foy-Sillery and as a Human Resources Advisor for COREM. Jean-François has extensive experience in the field of HR, as they previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for Simon Giguère Produits Pétroliers inc., where they implemented and developed HR processes. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Course and Teaching Assistant at Université Laval, where they taught management courses and developed course materials. Earlier in their career, Jean-François gained international experience as an Administrative Intern at the Centre de santé bucco-dentaire de Ouadougoudou, where they managed daily administrative activities and conducted a satisfaction survey.

Jean-François Grenon's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Jean-François completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Université Laval from 2003 to 2006. Jean-François also attended the University of South Florida in 2005 for a Business Administration program.

Grenon continued their education at Université Laval, where they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from 2007 to 2009. Jean-François also completed a Master's program in Human Resources & Organization at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2008.

In 2012, Grenon attended Université Laval once again, this time for an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management. Jean-François completed the program in 2014.

In terms of certifications, Grenon obtained the Hogan certification workshop from Hogan Assessment Systems in November 2018. Jean-François also completed the Hogan Advanced interpretation certification from the same institution in February 2022.
