Ann Dizenzo-Munchoff

Ann DiZenzo-Munchoff has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Ann is currently serving as the Director of Admissions at The Osborn since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Admissions at St. Joseph's Hospital Nursing Home from May 2017 to September 2020. Ann also held the position of Interim Director of Social Services at Cortlandt Healthcare from March 2016 to April 2017. Ann's earlier experiences include serving as an Admissions Manager at IPC Healthcare, Inc. (TeamHealth) from December 2007 to January 2016, SW/Case Manager Assistant Director at Kings Harbor Multicare Center from September 2005 to December 2007, and a Social Worker/Case Manager at Queens Boulevard Extended Care from April 2000 to September 2005.

Ann DiZenzo-Munchoff completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Iona University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Long Island University and successfully completed it from 1994 to 1997.
