Alec Morton

Alec Morton is an experienced executive in the fields of nondestructive testing (NDT) and radiological instrumentation, currently serving as Vice President at Mirion Technologies, Inc. since January 2019. Previously, Alec held various leadership roles at James Fisher NDT, including Managing Director and Director of NDT, where notable achievements included the successful bid and delivery of radiological detection equipment for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Alec has also contributed to sales growth and service development across multiple organizations, such as securing a five-year contract with INEOS Chlor and developing a world-class radiometric calibration service. Earlier roles at BNFL Instruments and Rank Xerox further established a strong background in key account management and technical service engineering. Alec holds an education from Wyndham, spanning from 1976 to 1981.
