Muhammad Rizwan

Muhammad Rizwan has extensive finance and leadership experience. Muhammad currently holds the position of Vice President Finance at Mirion's Technologies Division. Prior to this, they served as the Divisional Finance Director for various divisions within Mirion, including Industrial Group - EMEA & APAC, Detection and Measurement Division - Europe & Asia, and Characterization Division. Before joining Mirion, Rizwan worked as the Interim Head of Financial Reporting and Control at L3 Technologies and as the Interim Head Of Financial Control & SOX at Carnival UK. Muhammad also held positions at IAC Acoustics, SPX Flow Technology, Unique Distribution Ltd, FAZIL & COMPANY LTD, Apollo Home Entertainment, and S M Massod & Co Member of Nexia International. Rizwan's roles during their career involved financial analysis, strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, commercial due diligence, and driving business performance.

Muhammad Rizwan began their education by pursuing the ACCA qualification from 2000 to 2002. Muhammad then went on to study at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 1997 to 1999, where they completed their CA - INTER degree. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Oxford Brookes University to earn an MBA degree. Additionally, Rizwan pursued a BSc in Accounting and Finance at Oxford Brookes University, although the specific dates for this degree are not provided.
