Paul H Harder II

Paul H Harder II has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Paul H is currently a Principal Engineer in Software Engineering at Mirion Technologies, Inc. In their previous role at Collins Aerospace, they developed software for facility security systems and worked on weather and aviation information services. Paul H also has experience as a faculty member at South Texas Bible Institute, where they taught various courses and maintained the school's website and technical infrastructure. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Developer at BMC Software, where they designed and developed software functions and managed an intranet website content management system. Paul H also served as Chief Technical Officer at Citadel Computer Systems, Inc., where they monitored technical trends and wrote technical documentation. In their early career, they worked at Cimarron, Inc. as a member of the technical staff, working on software projects for IBM and NASA. Paul H began their career as a Weather Officer in the United States Air Force, where they served in various weather-related roles for almost eight years.

Paul H Harder II completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Kansas State University from 1966 to 1972. Paul H then pursued Meteorology studies at the University of Oklahoma for the academic year 1972-1973. From 1977 to 1979, Harder obtained a Master's degree in Management from the University of Southern California. Lastly, they earned a Ph.D. in Meteorology from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
