Steven Etzel

Steven Etzel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Mirion Technologies, Inc. since October 2021, Steven chairs the Audit Committee and participates in the Compensation Committee. Prior to this, Steven founded Venango Capital in May 2021 and held multiple senior positions at Rockwell Automation from April 2000 until retirement in May 2021, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Interim CFO. Steven's earlier career includes roles at Rockwell International Corporation and Ernst & Young, where a strong foundation in financial and risk management was established. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from PennWest Clarion.
