Marie Ekholm

Marie Ekholm is currently working as the Sales and Marketing Director at Miris AB since August 2016. Prior to that, Marie was an Account Manager at VWR and Gamfo AB with responsibilities in accounting, payroll, and administrative tasks. Marie also has a background in scientific research, having completed a PhD in Neuroscience at Uppsala University, where their dissertation focused on G-protein coupled receptors related to sleep-wakefulness and appetite regulation. Additionally, Marie has experience as a laboratory assistant at AstraZeneca and receptionist/secretary at Danisco. Marie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biotechnology and Neuroscience from Uppsala University.
