Dana G

Dana G is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, technical solutions, and implementation management. Currently serving as Solutions Program Manager at Miro since March 2022, Dana has held various roles including AMER Lead for New Product Introduction and Enhancements and Technical Architect. Prior to Miro, Dana worked at Dropbox as an Implementation Architect, focusing on onboarding mid-market and enterprise customers. Dana's experience also includes senior customer support roles at Blackbaud and managing client deployments at AcademicWorks. An earlier career in educational web services at Germantown Friends School showcased a blend of design and technical expertise, coupled with coaching in field hockey and softball. Dana holds a BA in Psychology from Lehigh University and a certificate in Digital Media from Moore College of Art and Design.
