Ewa Priestley

Ewa Priestley currently serves as VP Head of Learning, Diversity, and Organizational Development at Miro, a role held since November 2022. Prior to this, Ewa was Global Senior Talent Director at OLX Group from January 2020 to November 2022 and held various positions at Amazon Web Services and Amazon, focusing on talent management and leadership development in the EMEA region. Ewa's experience also includes serving as Learning and Organisational Development Director at McCann Worldgroup, Head of Learning and Development at L&Q, and Learning and Development Manager at Business & Decision Group. Ewa is a co-active coach, actively mentoring at Polish Psychologists' Association and has a strong educational background with multiple degrees, including an MA in Human Resources Development from London Metropolitan University.
