Marin Licina

Marin Licina is an experienced product and design professional currently serving as the Director of Product for AI Transformation at Miro since April 2024. Previously, Marin held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Peak and was an Operating Partner at Gradient Ventures from June 2018 to January 2023, where hands-on support was provided to over 100 startups while shaping operating team processes. Marin's tenure at Google involved leading UX initiatives for product search, impacting over a billion users. Other roles include Product Experience Lead at Plause, Product Lead at Pimmr, Designer in Residence at Stecc Ventures, and Omnichannel Strategist at G-Star. Marin co-founded Pelliano, where substantial e-commerce sales were achieved. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology and multiple Kauffman Global Scholar designations in Entrepreneurship from Stanford and Harvard.
