Rosi Y. currently serves as the GTM Enablement Lead for EMEA at Miro, having joined the company in February 2025. Previously, Rosi Y. was a key member of WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement and held the role of Head of Enablement at Stenn, where Rosi Y. built the revenue enablement function from scratch. Experience at Highspot as a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager involved enabling pre- and post-sales teams at a leading sales enablement platform. A substantial tenure at Gartner included roles from Sales Learning & Development Manager to Client Executive, focusing on global sales enablement and client management. Earlier career experience included account management and sales roles at Cengage, as well as teaching in South Wales. Education includes an Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and degrees in education and social psychology from Cardiff University.
