Tjard Reimann

Tjard Reimann is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design for Growth at Miro since April 2024. Previously, Tjard held significant roles at Shopify from January 2018 to June 2023, moving from Senior UX Manager to UX Manager and Senior Product Designer, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team of designers, contributing to major strategic pivots, and implementing successful product-led growth models. Tjard's notable achievements include driving significant improvements in customer acquisition metrics, launching impactful products such as Shopify Offset, and enhancing team capabilities through mentorship. Earlier career experiences include leading UX and product design at STA Travel and managing digital projects for notable brands at Click2it Digital.
