Alberto Racca has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Sovereign Wealth Funds Research Assistant at Monitor and Mattei Foundation. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on high impact transformational projects in various industries. In 2015, they co-founded My Consulting Coach, an online career coaching platform, and secured sponsorship from top universities and business schools. Alberto then joined Pillarstone as an Investment Professional from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Strategy & Transformation Director at Miroglio Group, where they later became the CEO in December 2019. Alberto also serves as a Board Member at Ayaydin-Miroglio Group since March 2019.
Alberto Racca completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino from 2008 to 2011. Alberto then pursued further studies and became an Allievo (Honors Student) at Collegio Carlo Alberto from 2009 to 2011. Later on, from 2011 to 2012, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for an MSc. degree in Management and Strategy (Managerial Economics). Lastly, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Entrepreneurship from London Business School from 2015 to 2016.
