Eric Giraldo

Eric Giraldo serves as the Facilities Operations Manager at Miromar Development Corp., overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations for Miromar Outlets and University Village Shops since December 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Project Manager at Collins Building Services, Inc., managing building services and cleaning operations across several NYU locations from June 1996 to September 2022. Eric's experience also includes a supervisory role, where Eric managed janitorial and security staff, and a position as a porter at JP Morgan Chase, maintaining trading floors. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Thomas Aquinas College and has further education from CSB Media Arts Center.
