Erin Salm

Erin Salm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and finance sectors. Currently serving as Field Resource Lead at Miron Construction Co., Inc. since June 2014, Erin supports General Superintendents with cost tracking, scheduling, and compliance with PCI/AISC certifications, while also assisting field personnel and warehouse operations. Previously, Erin held various roles at Lakeview Credit Union from June 2005 to June 2014, including Business Services Specialist in Commercial Lending, managing a $13 million commercial loan portfolio and fostering business financial relationships. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, obtained in 2012.
