Pauline Raude Hérisson has a diverse work experience. Pauline is currently the Head of Operations Private Assets at Mirova since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at responsAbility Investments AG, where they held multiple roles including Country Director France, Senior Product Manager, and CFO at responsAbility France & responsAbility Management Company. In their role at responsAbility, they were responsible for financial management, supporting regional offices, human resources, corporate legal and compliance, and office management. Before joining responsAbility, Pauline worked at SAUR as a Financial Engineer and at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking as a Credit Analyst for Corporates in the Netherlands. Pauline started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Auditor.

Pauline Raude Hérisson pursued their education from 2001 to 2002 at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economy. Following that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Audencia, where they completed their Master's in Management with a specialization in Finance, General.
