Ashle Stanley has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Ashle began their career as a Legal Researcher at Westlaw CourtExpress, A Thomson Reuters Company in 2011, and then served as a Public Policy Intern at the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. HQ. In 2012, they worked as an Independent Contractor for A-Plus Research, L.L.C. and then as a Marketing & Programs Coordinator for Gwinnett Village Community Alliance in 2013. In 2015, they joined Taylormade Marketing as an Account Coordinator - McDonald's Account. In 2016, they began working at PHD as an Analyst, Digital Investment and Assistant Analyst, Digital Investment. In 2018, they joined Essence Communications Inc. as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Account Manager. In 2021, they became the Digital Marketing Manager at Grace Farms Foundation, and in 2022, they were promoted to Campaign Manager at Mirror Digital.
Ashle Stanley attended Howard University from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture. In 2010, they completed an Intensive Spanish Study Abroad Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, earning a Certificate. In October 2017, they obtained a Digital Media Buying & Planning certification from the IAB.
