Mindelyn Anderson

Mindelyn Anderson is a seasoned evaluation and consulting professional, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Mirror Group LLC since June 2017. This consulting firm focuses on collaborative, culturally responsive evaluations and capacity-building initiatives. In addition, Mindelyn works as an Insight Facilitator at Two Gems Consulting Services, where the emphasis is on utilization-focused evaluation and training. Previously, Mindelyn held the position of Program Director for the Masters in Measurement and Evaluation at American University, overseeing curriculum development and faculty management. Academic experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University and a Dissertation Fellow at Kenyon College, complemented by a PhD in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from UCLA. Mindelyn’s expertise encompasses diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as rigorous research design.
