Cj Montgomery

CJ Montgomery serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Elevated Softgels since November 2023, leading custom softgel and tincture manufacturing for the nutritional supplement and hemp industry. In addition to this role, CJ is the President of Mirth Provisions, a manufacturer of legal cannabis beverages, and has been the Owner of Speedwinds Nutrition Inc since October 2001. CJ also founded CBDPure, one of the earliest CO2-extracted CBD e-commerce brands, achieving significant domestic sales volume. Prior legal experience includes serving as an Attorney at Wheeler, Montgomery, Sleight & Boyd Law Offices from March 2005 to June 2020. CJ holds an MBA in Finance from Washington State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, along with a Baccalaureate in Business from Boise State University.
