Miruku
Almog Ozeri is a seasoned professional in the fields of plant and biotechnology, currently serving as a Plant & Biotechnology R&D Scientist at Miruku since August 2022. Previously, Almog was involved in alternative protein research as an M.Sc. student with the Prof Shoseyov Group from March 2021 to February 2023. Almog also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, facilitating a plant anatomy lab course from February to August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at SaliCrop from June 2019 to May 2021 and serving as a Company Logistics Manager in the Israeli Air Force from December 2012 to January 2014. Almog holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
