Albert Mei

Albert Mei, PharmD, RPh has extensive experience in the field of pharmacy. Albert currently holds the position of Director of Market Access at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at CareMore Health as the Caremore National Pharmacy Lead - Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager and Digital Innovation. Albert also served as the Clinical Pharmacy and Quality Team Lead at CareMore Health. Before joining CareMore Health, Albert worked at Express Scripts as a Clinical Account Executive, Senior Clinical Pharmacist, and Clinical Pharmacist. Albert gained valuable experience during their time at Navitus Health Solutions as a PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Resident, where they focused on improving patient outcomes while managing pharmaceutical costs. Albert began their pharmacy career as a Pharmacy Student Intern at Osco Pharmacy and later worked as an Aetna Medicare Stars Intern at Aetna, where they contributed to cost savings projects and conducted research on medication prescribing frequencies.

Albert Mei, PharmD, RPh completed their education at the University of Illinois Chicago. Albert obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued and completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy.
