Beth Johannessen

Beth Johannessen has a strong background in compliance and legal work. Beth currently holds the position of Executive Director, Compliance at Mirum Pharmaceuticals since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director, Ethics & Compliance at Audentes Therapeutics from August 2020 to June 2021. Beth also has experience as the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance at JUUL Labs from March 2018 to July 2020. Beth has held various compliance roles in healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, including US Healthcare Compliance Officer at Relypsa and Director, Compliance Operations at Raptor Pharmaceuticals. Beth also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the Office of the County Counsel, San Diego and as a Legal Intern at the Institute for OneWorld Health and Qualcomm.

Beth Johannessen obtained a J.D. degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology and Management from the University of California, Davis, from 1999 to 2003.
