Brian Fedor

Brian F. is an experienced Clinical Operations Consultant currently engaged with Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2024, specializing in the transition of Chenodal® and Cholbam® from Travere Therapeutics. Prior roles at Travere Therapeutics included Director and Associate Director of Clinical Operations, where Brian played a key role in the acquisition of the bile acid portfolio and led clinical operations for various studies related to the treatment of Cerebrotendinous Xanthomatosis (CTX). Additional experience includes clinical trial management at Capricor Therapeutics and Nektar Therapeutics, with a strong background in overseeing Phase 1-3 trials, vendor management, and interdepartmental collaboration. Brian began their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at UCLA Health System after earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon.
