Renee Shiota

Renee Shiota serves as the Senior Director of Trade, Distribution, and Patient Services at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., leading strategic operations in patient services. As Principal Consultant at Shiota Pharma Consulting, LLC, Renee provides expertise to biotech and pharmaceutical firms on innovative patient support programs and distribution solutions. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles in patient support services at Acceleron Pharma, Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, and Genentech, where Renee was instrumental in developing patient access initiatives and managing substantial programs. Renee also held key management positions at Alameda Alliance for Health. Renee holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
