Tory Martinez

Tory Martinez is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tory leads talent development efforts and strategic HR services for the North America commercial organization. Prior to this, Tory played a pivotal role at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., where contributions included establishing the talent development function and launching the company's first comprehensive DEI programs while helping grow the HR team significantly. Previous positions include roles as Executive Director and Senior Director of Talent Development at BioMarin, as well as foundational HR roles at Corixa Corporation and System Integration Solutions. Tory holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington in English Literature and Spanish.
