Richard started their career in 1988 as a Director at 2r Systems Ltd, where they set up R&R Copying Systems and later traded under the name 2r Systems. During their time there, they provided digital copy/print solutions, network/cabling, and telecoms solutions to various businesses in London and the home counties. In 2017, Richard Finch joined Mirus IT Solutions as the Director of Mirus Managed Print.
