Cesar Vargas

Cesar Vargas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management, having held senior roles since 2005 at Mirvac and Investa Property Group, overseeing the management of commercial office buildings in the Sydney CBD area. Prior to this, Cesar served as Engineering Manager at CB Richard Ellis, managing facilities engineering for ING's building portfolio, and held the position of Senior Manager - Facilities Management at Bank of the Philippine Islands, focusing on commercial offices and industrial sites. Early career experience includes roles as Facilities Engineer for Saudi Telecom Company and Construction Engineer at Arabian Mechanical Engineering Co Ltd, where involvement in engineering and construction projects took place, primarily in Saudi Arabia. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University.
