Courtenay Smith

Courtenay Smith joined Mirvac in March 2021 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Courtenay has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional with management skills across the areas of leadership, strategy, finance, operations and transformation; she has worked in senior finance roles within the Property Development, Construction and Investment sectors in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Prior to joining Mirvac, Courtenay was Chief Financial Officer, Property Australia and Managing Director of Asset Management at Lendlease, where she has worked for 23 years and served a number of senior positions across four geographies.

Courtenay holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Starlight Foundation National Board.
