Joy Shi has extensive work experience in customer experience and management consulting. Joy previously worked as the Director of Voice of Customer & Customer Experience at Mirvac. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Healius Limited and also served as a Senior Business Improvement Manager. Joy has also worked at KPMG Australia, where they held various roles such as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in the field of customer, brand, and marketing management consulting.
Joy Shi attended The University of Sydney from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)/Bachelor of Law. In 2013, they participated in an International Exchange Program at The University of Groningen, focusing on Law. Additionally, in 2011, Joy completed an International Exchange Program at Queen's University, with a field of study in Business. Prior to their university education, they attended Diocesan School for Girls from 2002 to 2008. Joy has also obtained certifications in the Evolve Leadership Program from the Australian School of Applied Management (ASAM), Lean Fundamentals from Cardiff University, and Prince2 Practitioner.
