Stephen Gould

Stephen Gould is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently serving as General Manager - Land Lease at Mirvac since November 2005, Stephen has been instrumental in leading the company's entry into the land lease market. Previously, as Group General Manager - Strategy, M&A, Business Intelligence and Analytics at Mirvac, responsibilities included overseeing strategic planning, digital strategy, business intelligence, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Prior to joining Mirvac, Stephen worked at PwC from March 1993 to November 2005 as a Senior Manager, where expertise encompassed financial due diligence, project management, and complex financial arrangements across various industries. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions including INSEAD and Mt Eliza Business School.
