Siran Cao has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as CEO & Co-Founder at Hey Mirza since March 2020. Prior to this, they were part of the founding team at The Circle Line from October 2019 to March 2020. Siran also pursued a Masters degree at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from September 2018 to January 2020.

Before their current ventures, Siran worked at Uber in various roles. They served as the Head of Partner Support - Northeast Region from March 2017 to December 2018, managing a team of 200+ employees. Prior to this, they were the Partner Support Manager - New York from September 2015 to March 2017, where they built and managed Uber's NYC driver support organization.

Siran also has experience in project management and operations, having worked as a Project Manager - Product & Operations at Hello Alfred in 2015. Additionally, they worked at McMaster-Carr in multiple roles such as Rack Stockkeeping Manager, Internal Communications Design Group member, Product Support Supervisor, and Operations Management Trainee from 2012 to 2015.

Before entering the corporate world, Siran had roles in nonprofit organizations. They served as a Program Director, Tutor, and Treasurer at Phillips Brooks House Association Inc. from June 2009 to May 2012, where they taught English as a Second Language to underprivileged Chinese residents of the Boston area. They also contributed as an International Development Intern at Global Autism Project in 2011 and as a Research and Development Summer Analyst at Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. in 2010.

Siran Cao completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Studies of Women, Gender and Sexuality from Harvard University from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Social Business & Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2018 to 2019.
