Ben Cox is a seasoned technical author with extensive experience in the petroleum and content localization industries. Currently serving as a Technical Author at MIS Active Management Systems Limited since April 2021, Ben also operates as a Freelance Technical Writer and Copywriter for benmichaelcox.co.uk since December 2018, specializing in technical documentation, marketing materials, and user interface content. Prior roles include Senior Project Lead at CSOFT International and Petroleum Engineer at C&C Reservoirs, where Ben authored numerous detailed reports on Enhanced Oil Recovery projects. Starting as a Training Engineer with China National Logging Corporation (CNPC), Ben holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Geography from Lancaster University.
