Kumbirai Mushonga

Kumbirai Mushonga has a strong background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Kumbirai started their career as an ICT Support at National Tyre Services in 2016, where they were responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, providing technical support, and setting up accounts for new users. Kumbirai also served as the lead IT liaison and provided technical leadership on specialized project-related activities.

In 2019, Kumbirai joined Pure Oil Industries as an IT Officer. In this role, they maintained the Management Information Systems, advised on ICT matters, ensured the availability and security of IT systems and applications, and performed systems and network management and administration. Their responsibilities also included database management and coordinating IT purchases.

Currently, Kumbirai is working as a Technical Support Engineer at MIS Solutions, Inc. from May 2021. Further information about their role is not provided.

Kumbirai Mushonga pursued their education at various institutions. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Midlands State University, where they obtained a BSc Information Systems Hons degree with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Kumbirai attended Kyle College, where they completed their Cambridge Examinations at the high school/secondary level.

In addition to their formal education, Kumbirai has also obtained several certifications. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in February 2022, and the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification, obtained in August 2021. Kumbirai is also a 3CX Intermediate Certified Engineer, having obtained this certification from 3CX in July 2021. Kumbirai has further certifications such as the 3CX Basic Certified Engineer from 3CX, the Absolute Guide: Linux Tutorial for Beginners from BitDegree, the Network Security Fundamentals certification from BitDegree Learn, and the SQL Basics for building solid queries and getting database concepts certification, also from BitDegree, all obtained in July 2020.

Additionally, Kumbirai holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification from FUNTECH ACADEMY LTD. However, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unavailable. Kumbirai has also acquired the ICDL certification from the Computer Society of Zimbabwe, but the details regarding when they obtained this certification are not provided.
