Firdaus Othman possesses extensive experience in the health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) field, currently serving as a Senior Executive in CHSEQ Operations at MISC Group since December 2023. Previously, Firdaus contributed as a Senior HSSE Executive (Management System) at MMSSB from May 2022 to December 2024 and as a Project HSE Executive at Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering from March 2016 to April 2022, leading various significant projects including the refurbishment and life extension repair of LNG Aman Sendai. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Life Sciences from the University of Leeds (2010-2015) and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Process Safety and Loss Prevention at Universiti Putra Malaysia (2022-2025). Early education includes completion of the International Baccalaureate in Medicine at Mara College Banting and a science stream degree from Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Ipoh.
