Kenneth Kerkhoven

Kenneth Kerkhoven is an experienced professional in regulatory compliance and local content management within the offshore oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Local Content Manager at MISC Group since September 2019, Kenneth has developed strategies for localization in floating oil and gas projects. Previous roles include Regulatory Compliance Manager and Lead Regulatory Compliance and Local Content at MISC, where responsibilities encompassed compliance for global FPSO and FSO projects and local content delivery for the Mero 3 FPSO project. As Chairman of the Southeast Asia Offshore Technical Forum, Kenneth has facilitated collaboration among industry stakeholders since 2021. Kenneth's extensive background includes senior management roles at McDermott International Inc. and Bumi Armada, as well as a strong foundation in regulatory management with SBM Offshore. Kenneth holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from Delft University of Technology.
