Rachel El Hani

Rachel El Hani is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst at MISC Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel was a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at Hays from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multinational companies in the Oil & Gas industry, participating in significant EPCI projects. Earlier experience includes recruitment for challenging positions across Latin America at Airswift from January 2019 to May 2021, and serving as an HR Trainer at Grupo Trigo, where the focus was on cultivating the company's culture and training new hires. Rachel holds a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Psychology from Centro Universitário IBMR, completed in November 2022, and a degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, obtained in 2013.
