Shahmi Samsudin is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, specializing in rewards, performance management, and organizational design. Currently serving as the Head of HR Policies, Projects, Planning, and Remuneration at MISC Group, Shahmi has previously held key positions such as Head of Rewards, Performance Management, and Organization Design at RHB Banking Group, and Head of Performance & Rewards at Astro.
