The Clinical Support Team at Misericordia Home is dedicated to enhancing the quality of care for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Comprised of a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), the team collaborates to assess individual needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide ongoing support to promote physical health, functional independence, and overall well-being.
