Joseph Pechulis

Joseph Pechulis is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Campus Life Coordinator of the First Year Experience at Misericordia University since March 2023. Previously, Joseph held the position of Residence Hall Director at Marywood University from June 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included supervising a residence hall of 328 first-year students, leading the Resident Assistant hiring and training processes, and conducting evaluations and the student conduct process. Joseph also taught as a guest teacher at Luzurne County High Schools for grades 9-12 and served in various roles at Albright College, progressively advancing from Resident Assistant to Lead Resident Assistant. Joseph holds a PhD (ABD) in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.
