Kyaw Hlaing Bwar

Kyaw Hlaing Bwar has a diverse work experience, including roles in project management, education, research and development, and student leadership. In their most recent position at Misfit Technologies Ltd., Kyaw Hlaing Bwar served as the Head of Project Management, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Prior to this, they held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the same company. Additionally, Kyaw Hlaing Bwar worked as a Biology & Chemistry Teacher at Crane International School. They also gained experience as an Internship Trainee in Research and Development at ViTrox Corporation Berhad. Furthermore, Kyaw Hlaing Bwar interned at Zaw Electrical & Electronics Production, where they were involved in the manufacture of electronic products. Furthermore, they served as the Treasurer of the Swinburne Sarawak Student Council, managing budgets and organizing events. They also worked as a Student Mentor for the Young Innovators Challenge in 2017.

Kyaw Hlaing Bwar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology from 2016 to 2019. Kyaw Hlaing also obtained additional certifications such as "The Fundamental of Digital Marketing" from Google in 2020, and was awarded the "Maybank Go Ahead Challenge Global Finalist Certificate" and the "Maybank Go Ahead Challenge Campus Champion Certificate" from Maybank in 2018.
